Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins- REVIEW
Gaby's Review of Mockingjay by Suzzanne Collins
Now I know it's been practically two months since the book came out, but the final installment to the Hunger Games series is here! Yay?! (Before I go on, if you haven't read or don't know about the Hunger Games series, click here
Against all odds, Katniss Everdeen has survived the Hunger Games twice. But now that she's made it out of the bloody arena alive, she's still not safe. The Capitol is angry. The Capitol wants revenge. Who do they think should pay for the unrest? Katniss. And what's worse, President Snow has made it clear that no one else is safe either. Not Katniss's family, not her friends, not the people of District 12. Powerful and haunting, this thrilling final installment of Suzanne Collins's groundbreaking The Hunger Games trilogy promises to be one of the most talked about books of the year.
This book was very moving for those of us who have attached ourselves to various characters because, frankly, Collins pulled a J.K. Rowling on us. Maybe not those you might've THOUGHT were--erm--dispatched of, but there is a great amount of protest among us fan-girls....or guys. This wasn't exactly my favorite book in the series, not because of plot but because it wasn't in my opinion as well written as the first two. It's still a very good read overall and neccessary if you have read the first two (I'm pretty sure you can't handle your own curiosity), so I highly recommend it.

Oh my gosh, that was what I said, that she pulled a J.K Rowling, I think she may have dispatched of more characters if thats possible, I cried so much when I read it. I do love it though, however I may not read it for a while... a long while:D
