Hardly-Any-Word-Stories for Teens

If you're in the Miami area and are dying to go to a creative writing workshop, the following is for you:

"Novelist M. Evelina Galang mentors teens in a series of five-day creative writing 

workshops.  Learn to write super short stories 250 words or less. Together, we’ll 

design, revise and perform hardly-any-word stories, as we read, listen and 

exchange feedback in small group sessions. Participants will be invited to read at 

Books & Books’ Not Your Mother's Open Mic Night during the month of August.  

It’s going to be a blast! 

This workshop, created for teens who express themselves through written and 

spoken word, welcomes students of all levels. 

When:  August 3 – August 7, 2009.  10am-Noon.
